FOUNDER
Kalvi Thanthai Late Thiru R.S.Kothandaraman, the founder of the College was born in an agricultural family. He hailed from a village in the then Sivagangai District Taluk of Ramanathapuram District, Tamil Nadu. Although he had an immense flair for higher studies, he was unfortunate that his wish remained unfulfilled. This had left an indelible and lasting impression in his mind. In order to quench his thirst, he pledged to educate the poor in a simple and unobtrusive way. With noble thoughts coupled with lofty ideals and great expectations, he decided to start an educational institution with a plethora of innovative concepts to create a host of talented professionals.
CHAIRPERSON
Tmt. K.Dhanalakshmi, wife of our earnest founder Shri. R.S.Kothandaraman, took charge of the administration of Sri Rangalatchumi Educational Trust and PSNA College of Engineering & Technology after the sudden demise of her beloved husband. Since then, she has been steering well to make the institution reach the zenith with thorough professionalism and utmost devotion to the Student Community. She is also an industrialist and an active agriculturalist, who is very much interested in developing farms.

Rtn.R.S.K.Raguraam Under his leadership and guidance, PSNA College of Engineering & Technology becomes one of the Premier Higher Education Institutions with the best infrastructure and facilities to guide the students for a promising future. The campus is spread across a vast area of 150 acres of land and has separate Academic Blocks and Conference facilities for each discipline of study. It offers 7 U.G.Courses and 9 P.G.Courses with a strength of 6500 students guided by 429 Faculty Members, of them 120 are Ph.D. holders.

Late Dr. R.S.K. LAKSSHMANA PRABU M.A., M.B.A.,Ph.D., enabled PSNA College of Engineering & Technology (PSNACET) to win the coveted National level Best Engineering College Award titled Bharathiya Vidhya Bhavan – 2007. He alsoenabled PSNACET to obtain 5 year NBA accreditation for all its UG programmes along with PG Programmes such as MCA & MBA programmes. He signed MoU on behalf of PSNACET with Dr. Jong Yeoul Park of Pusan University, S.Korea for exchange of human resources in the fields of teaching, research & extension.

Thiru.R.S.K.Sukumaran is Vice-Chairman of our institution. He takes care of Establishment, Faculty recruitment and development of Human Resources required for the institution. He always emphasizes on the need of having qualified and qua1ity teachers in the field of Technical Education.
